5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Game Rules and Fairness

By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All kd88 games use certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and are not influenced by the platform, the size of your bet, or your account history.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

kd88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, kd88 will process a withdrawal of your real money balance to your registered payment method after completing any required verification.
